Example Of Remote Database (Cpanel)

If you add any domain or any ip address then you are allowing the Cpanel user to access your database.

Let, You created a database like

Database: sspradha_wp

Username: sspradha_ssp

Password: 123456789

your ip1= 11.22.33.44

Now lets add a hostname or ip address to access your database.

you added a ip2=89.11.22.00. Then ip2 has full power to access all your databases.

Now Another user knows your ip1(11.22.33.44), database name(sspradha_wp), username (sspradha_ssp), password (123456789).

Then he can access your database…

If he wants to install wordpress

then

On Database Page he have to give

HOSTNAME: localhost to ip1(11.22.33.44)

Database name: sspradha_wp

Database username: sspradha_ssp

Password: 123456789

Then He will be able to install the wordpress……

This is the sample Example if you need advanced Example then comment here.

When you are trying to connect another database then just change the hostname from localhost to the ip or hostname of any others….
